Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026 (draft)

Requires legal review. This document is a working draft written in plain language for the IL Health launch website. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before release.

About these terms

These terms describe the basis on which IL Health is offered. By using IL Health you agree to use it as described here.

What IL Health is

IL Health helps you organise and understand health information you provide or connect. It is an information tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice, and it is not a medical device.

Product status

IL Health may label capabilities as available, building, or planned. Product status can change as the service is prepared for beta, and capabilities described as planned or building are not represented as generally available.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
  • Only add or access health information you are permitted to handle.
  • Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

Accuracy

Information extracted from documents or generated by AI assistance may be incomplete or incorrect. Always check important details against your original documents and your clinician’s guidance.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis while it is being developed. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IL Health is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. This section requires review by counsel for each jurisdiction where IL Health is offered.
