Our position

Your health data is not our product. We do not sell health information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

What this website collects

This marketing website does not collect health data. It contains no analytics trackers, advertising scripts, session replay, or third-party widgets. No health information is transmitted from this site, and it makes no AI requests from your browser.

Information in the IL Health app

Health information you add to IL Health — such as documents you upload, medications you record, and data you choose to connect — is stored within the health-data architecture IL Health controls. Information is added by explicit user action, and we aim to collect only what a feature needs to work.

Permissions and family access

Access to another person’s health information depends on permissions. Where family or caregiver access is available, it is scoped to the person and information the permission covers.

Provenance

Where possible, IL Health records where information came from — for example a document, a self-reported entry, or a connected source — so you can see the origin of what you are reading.

AI assistance

AI is an assistance layer. IL Health keeps its health-data architecture under its control and limits what information is shared for an AI request. AI processing may involve third-party model providers; we do not claim that AI features are self-hosted or that no third party is involved.

Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect information. No system can be described as completely secure, and we do not make absolute security claims.

Your choices

• Choose what you add, connect, and save.
• Choose what is shared, and with whom, where sharing features are available.
• Request deletion of your account and associated health information.
